  I must say that I have been satisfied with Cure until recently. I moved from NJ to PA in the last few days and had a quote done. I called yesterday to make some changes to the quote. I went through automated system to go over my quote and was transferred only to discover only a rep that handles PA can help me. That rep put transferred me only for the call to get disconnected. I called right back and again was put on hold and then transferred to a (Jovie - I think that is her name) and again I was hung up on. I called back a third time and advise that this is my third time calling about my PA quote and that I need to speak to someone that could assist with PA. I was advised that it was busy and the gentlemen took my name, quote # and phone number and assured me that someone would get back with me instead of me holding . Well it is 24 hours later - no one from Cure has contacted me yet. I just cant believe that no one bother to follow up with my call/quote. Just poor service - did not realize it would be this difficult and they might want to get additional help to cover PA. I should not have to go through all of this
